TVNorge begins filming sixth season of ‘16 ukers helvete’

Filming has commenced in Trondheim for the sixth season of the TVNorge reality series ‘16 ukers helvete’. Six celebrities are undergoing a rigorous 16-week program involving intense strength training, exercise, and strict dieting to achieve significant lifestyle changes.

The participants include former alpine skier Kjetil André Aamodt, artist Isah, presenter Niklas Baarli, photographer and artist Per Heimly, influencer and entrepreneur Therese Lien, and artist Andrea Bredesen Holm. Mentors Martin Johnsrud Sundby and Anette Skarpaas Ramm will oversee the training and nutrition, while Dr. Harald Meling Dobloug will provide medical assessments.

For participant Niklas Baarli, the program is motivated by a personal family tragedy. Following the recent death of his father from cancer, Baarli expressed a desire to improve his physical fitness to ensure he is better prepared for future health challenges and family life.
