TVS ILP leases 80,000 sq ft warehouse in Visakhapatnam to Yokohama Group

TVS Industrial & Logistics Parks (TVS ILP) has leased 80,000 square feet of warehousing space at its industrial park in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, to ATC Tires AP Pvt. Ltd., a company within the Yokohama Group.

The new facility will function as a mother hub warehouse to support both domestic distribution and export activities. It will store and distribute Yokohama passenger car tyres, as well as Alliance, Galaxy, and Primex off-highway tyres used in the agriculture, construction, industrial, and forestry sectors.

The partnership aims to streamline supply chains and improve access to major manufacturing markets across South and East India. The development is expected to support local employment and reinforce Visakhapatnam’s status as an emerging industrial and logistics hub, aided by the region's maritime connectivity and expanding infrastructure.
