TVS Motor Company appoints Peyman Kargar as CEO

TVS Motor Company has announced the appointment of Peyman Kargar as Director and Chief Executive Officer, effective January 27, 2027. Kargar, who currently serves as the President of International Business, will succeed K. N. Radhakrishnan.

Radhakrishnan will remain in his current role until the transition date and will subsequently serve as a Non-Executive Director until the company’s Annual General Meeting in July 2027. The leadership transition follows a period of significant growth for the two- and three-wheeler manufacturer; in FY2025-26, the company reported 30% revenue growth and a record 5.9 million vehicles sold globally.

Kargar brings over 30 years of automotive experience across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. His strategic focus will include expanding into developed markets, advancing product innovation and premiumisation, and accelerating technology leadership through AI capabilities.
