TWICE member Nayeon purchases 1.1 billion yen property in Seoul
Nayeon, a member of the globally popular K-pop group TWICE, has reportedly purchased a building and land in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam, for approximately 9.5 billion won (about 1.1 billion yen). The transaction, which completed ownership transfer on August 24, involves an older two-story structure. This follows her previous purchase of a high-end apartment in Nonhyeon-dong in 2024, totaling roughly 13.4 billion won in real estate acquisitions over the last two years.
This trend of significant real estate investment extends to other TWICE members. Jihyo purchased a building in Seongsu-dong for approximately 4 billion won, Momo acquired a luxury residence in Gyeonggi-do for over 4.2 billion won, and Tzuyu purchased a luxury penthouse in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, for approximately 4.1 billion won.
As the group enters its 11th year, members are increasingly managing their own assets and individual career paths. While the group continues to perform together, the era of all nine members being under the same agency, JYP Entertainment, is shifting, with members like Jeongyeon and Chaeyoung recently moving to different management.
