TWICE member Nayeon purchases multi-million dollar property in Seoul

Nayeon, a member of the K-pop group TWICE, has reportedly purchased land and a building in the prestigious Cheongdam-dong neighborhood of Seoul for approximately ₩9.50 billion KRW (about $6.88 million USD).

The property, located in the Gangnam-gu district, consists of a corner lot featuring an older building with one basement level and two floors above ground. While the existing structure has a total floor area of roughly 218.87 square meters, industry experts suggest the investment may be focused on the land's value rather than rental income from the current building. The site's location at the intersection of two roads and its recent rezoning to entirely neighborhood commercial facilities indicate high potential for future redevelopment.

This follows a previous real estate acquisition by the singer in 2024, when she reportedly purchased a luxury apartment in Nonhyeon-dong for approximately ₩3.936 billion KRW.
