Twin Lakes Georgia reports strong July 2026 residential sales

Twin Lakes Georgia, an active-adult residential community located in Hoschton, Georgia, reported strong sales performance for July 2026. The development, built by the Kolter Group, recorded 10 home closings and 4 new sales during the month.

To date, the project has seen a total of 909 homes sold and 832 homes closed. The development is part of the EB-5 investment program and is situated within the Jefferson, Georgia micropolitan statistical area. The Kolter Group, which manages the Cresswind brand used at Twin Lakes, is a major homebuilder in the Southeast United States with a history of delivering over 27,000 residential units.
