Twin River International Holdings announces deal to purchase Bally’s Atlantic City

Twin River International Holdings has announced a deal with Caesars Entertainment and Vici Properties to purchase Bally’s Atlantic City in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

Separately, Harrah’s Las Vegas continues to operate as a Caesars Entertainment property located on the Las Vegas Strip. The resort features two hotel towers, Slope Tower and Area Tower, providing 2,500 rooms and suites, alongside various dining options, a fitness center, a swimming pool, and a spa.
