Twins announce three-night concert series in Hong Kong

Hong Kong duo Twins has announced the ‘Twins Side by Side Concert’, scheduled to take place from December 18 to 20 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre in Wan Chai. The three-night event will feature a ‘Sidetrack’ theme, focusing on lesser-known album tracks and songs that were not previously released as major singles.

Members Charlene Choi (Ah Sa) and Gillian Chung (Ah Chiu) explained that the choice of the Convention Centre over the larger Hong Kong Coliseum was intended to create a more intimate atmosphere. They expressed a desire to connect closely with loyal fans who are familiar with their deeper discography. The concert title, ‘Side by Side’, symbolizes the duo’s 20-year journey together through various highs and lows, as well as the way non-title tracks support their main hits to complete an album.

The setlist is expected to be extensive, with the members noting that while they initially narrowed down 60 songs to approximately 40, the final performance could include between 30 and 40 songs. The promotional posters feature a racing theme to complement the ‘Track’ concept of the Sidetrack theme.
