In the İmamoğlu district of Adana, 12‑year‑old Oğuzhan Büyümez fell about six metres from his house roof while feeding birds and died in intensive care despite medical intervention.

In Ardanuç, Artvin, 12‑year‑old Ceyhun Çavuş suffered a heart attack while doing garden work and also died in hospital after doctors were unable to revive him.
