Two Belgrade students injured in quad accident during school trip
Two students from the “Patrijarh Pavle” Gymnasium in Belgrade were injured during a school excursion in Republika Srpska after a quad bike overturned. The incident occurred on the evening of October 4 during free time.
According to school director Jasmin Nikolovski, the second-year students rented the quad bike without the knowledge or permission of their class teacher. One student sustained serious injuries requiring emergency surgery at the Urgentni centar in Banja Luka, while the other student suffered minor injuries. Both students are reported to be in stable condition.
The school has notified the Belgrade School Administration and the Rakovica police station. A crisis team meeting was held to organize psychosocial support for the students, their families, and the staff involved in the excursion.
