Two brothers arrested after high-speed chase in stolen car

Two brothers, aged 20 and 26, were arrested by the Carabinieri following a high-speed police chase between Pisa and San Giuliano Terme. The incident began around 1:00 AM on August 27 when a patrol attempted to signal the vehicle to stop.

The driver refused to comply, leading to a dangerous pursuit characterized by high speeds and reckless maneuvers that endangered other motorists. The chase ended in the center of San Giuliano Terme, where authorities successfully intercepted the vehicle.

Investigations revealed that the car had been stolen in Pisa two days prior. The vehicle has since been returned to its owner.
