Two brothers found dead in California's Trinity River

Two brothers, aged 45 and 18, were found dead in a stretch of the Trinity River near Willow Creek in Humboldt County, California. The deceased have been identified as Lex Rincon, a resident of Arcata, and his younger brother, Krishna (also known as Ganesh) Rincon, who was from New York.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to Tagmeyer Beach after reports of a man struggling in the current. Following an extensive search of the river and surrounding area, authorities recovered both bodies. While autopsies are scheduled for next week, officials stated that the deaths appear to be consistent with accidental drowning.

A GoFundMe campaign has been established to assist the family with travel expenses, as most of their relatives are based in New York.
