Two car‑truck crashes in Argeș county, Romania leave one injured
On Friday afternoon a collision between a car and a truck occurred at the intersection of Drumului Comunal Minier and DJ 732B in the commune of Aninoasa, Argeș County. The 66‑year‑old driver of the car was injured and taken to hospital; police found his driver’s licence had been suspended for medical reasons and opened a criminal case for driving without a licence and causing bodily harm.
Earlier that morning a separate crash involving a car and a truck was reported in the commune of Cetățeni, Argeș County. Firefighters arrived promptly; no injuries were reported and traffic was later cleared. Authorities are still investigating the causes of both collisions.
