Two elderly men found dead in separate Mexican towns

An 80‑year‑old man was discovered without signs of life inside a hotel in the community of Santa Cruz Cuauhtenco, Zinacantepec, State of Mexico. Emergency responders and municipal police secured the scene, and the body was transferred to the State Forensic Service for autopsy while investigators seek the woman who accompanied him.

A 62‑year‑old man was found dead in his home in Zapoapan, Ixtaczoquitlán, Veracruz. Police and civil protection staff confirmed his death, sealed the area, and moved the body to the regional forensic service for examination. Both incidents prompted the opening of investigation files by local prosecutors.
