Two fatal shootings reported in Argentina's Rosario and Greater Buenos Aires

A 33‑year‑old man was shot in the face and died at a hospital in the Empalme district of Rosario on Saturday night. Police say a 17‑year‑old suspect fled the scene and the investigation is being handled by the juvenile criminal unit.

In a separate incident in the western outskirts of the Buenos Aires conurbation, a 23‑year‑old was killed by a gunshot to the head during an alleged dispute between drug dealers. Authorities are pursuing the assailants, who are believed to have fled the area, and the case is being investigated by local police and judicial officials.
