Two men arrested for alleged sexual assault of a minor in Phoenix

Two men, 22-year-old Preston McKee and 21-year-old Brodie Hester, have been arrested by the Phoenix Police Department following the alleged sexual assault of a 17-year-old girl. The suspects reportedly met the teenager through a dating app and drove from New Mexico to Phoenix.

According to court documents, the men discovered the girl was a minor after reviewing her identification during the trip. Investigators allege the suspects took the teenager to a hotel where she was restrained and sexually assaulted. The victim reported being left in the desert, after which she walked to a nearby Chipotle to seek help and call 911.

Hester is facing three counts of sexual conduct with a minor and is being held on a $251,000 bond. McKee faces two counts and is being held on a $200,000 bond. Both men are scheduled to appear in Maricopa County Superior Court on August 12.
