Two separate federal sentencing cases involving child pornography offenses

In two distinct federal cases, individuals have been sentenced for crimes involving child pornography and the sexual exploitation of minors.

In Pennsylvania, Matthew McKinney, 28, of Reading, was sentenced to 240 months in prison and 15 years of supervised release. McKinney pleaded guilty to the distribution and receipt of child pornography. The investigation, involving the FBI, revealed that McKinney used a Telegram account to trade child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including the exchange of approximately 80 video files and a link containing roughly 1,100 files.

In Ohio, Christopher Hagerman, 50, of McDade, Texas, was sentenced to 360 months in prison and lifetime supervised release for conspiracy to produce child pornography and sexual exploitation of a minor. Hagerman’s sentencing concludes a case involving two co-defendants: Chaz Jacob, who received 420 months, and Amy Fountain, who received 262 months. Forensic analysis of electronic devices seized during the investigation revealed videos of the abuse of several minors.
