Two seriously injured in M-507 highway collision

Two people were seriously injured following a side-impact collision between two cars on the M-507 highway near Aldea del Fresno. The accident occurred at kilometer 19.3 and was reported to the 112 Emergency Center at 16:10.

The victims include a 50-year-old man suffering from moderate traumatic brain injury and chest trauma, and a 34-year-old woman in potentially serious condition. Both individuals were evacuated by Summa 112 medical helicopters; the man was taken to Hospital 12 de Octubre, while the woman was transported to Hospital Puerta de Hierro.

Madrid Community firefighters assisted in securing the area and removing the vehicles. The Guardia Civil is currently investigating the circumstances of the collision.
