Two Shooting Incidents Injure Young Men in Argentina

A 20‑year‑old man, Uriel Giménez, was shot multiple times during an attempted robbery at a barber shop in the Don Orione neighbourhood. He survived after three surgeries but remains hospitalized and faces a long recovery. In a separate incident, 27‑year‑old Sergio Ceferino Córdoba was critically wounded by a gunshot to the chest in the Santa Rosa de Lima neighbourhood of Santa Fe. He was taken to Hospital José María Cullen in serious condition. Police investigators have identified a suspect known only by the initial “M,” who remains at large.
