The victims have been identified as a 19-year-old man from Dixon and a 20-year-old man from Vallejo. A 28-year-old suspect from Sacramento was arrested in connection with the assault. The Solano County Sheriff’s Office described the event as an “isolated incident” stemming from a disagreement that escalated.
