TXT member Soobin targeted by suspected AI-generated images

Controversy has erupted on social media following the circulation of photos allegedly depicting TXT member Soobin with a man in a hotel during the group's tour in the United States. The images gained significant traction on Weibo, reaching the top of entertainment hot searches.

Fans have countered these allegations, asserting that the images are sophisticated AI-generated fakes. Supporters pointed out discrepancies in hair color, noting that Soobin had blonde hair during the US tour, which does not match the hair in the leaked photos. Fans are calling on HYBE to take decisive action against the use of AI to defame group members and to better protect the privacy of their artists. As of October 19, neither Soobin nor HYBE has issued an official statement regarding the matter.
