TY1 releases new album ‘Junkie Musik’

Italian producer and DJ TY1 has released his new album, ‘Junkie Musik’, through Thaurus under an exclusive license with M.A.S.T./Believe. The project is the result of two years of work and explores the producer's relationship with music through sampling and production.

Acting as an artistic director, TY1 has curated a diverse lineup of contemporary Italian rap and electronic artists for the album. Featured collaborators include Marracash, Guè, Noyz Narcos, Rkomi, Kid Yugi, Ernia, and Gemitaiz, among others. The album aims to create musical connections between different generations and styles within the scene, including the track ‘SQUALO 2’, a collaboration with Guè and Nerissima Serpe.
