South African Grammy‑winning pop star Tyla has released her new single “Is It Love,” the third official track from her forthcoming sophomore album A*Pop, scheduled for a July 24, 2026 launch. The song mixes R&B, Afrobeats and amapiano influences while lyrically probing the vulnerability needed for love.

The accompanying music video, directed by Aerin Moreno, opens in a blue‑lit apartment where Tyla performs choreography before the set deteriorates—glass shatters and water floods the room—symbolising emotional turmoil, with a distant love interest watching from outside. A short teaser posted on Instagram and TikTok generated a quarter‑million views in the first hour, igniting strong fan excitement worldwide.

“Is It Love” follows Tyla’s recent hits “Chanel” and the Zara Larsson collaboration “She Did It Again,” and continues her rapid global rise after her debut Grammy win for Best African Music Performance.
