Tyler Breeze confirms departure from WWE

Tyler Breeze has confirmed he is no longer under contract with WWE. His unique agreement, which allowed him to work both for the company and on the independent circuit, expired at the start of August.

Breeze, who spent 16 years with the organization, expressed a strong interest in joining All Elite Wrestling (AEW). This follows the recent departures of his UpUpDownDown co-host Austin Creed (formerly Xavier Woods) and Kofi Kingston to AEW.

Regarding the future of the UpUpDownDown YouTube channel, Breeze clarified that the brand remains owned by WWE. While the channel has seen recent inactivity following the departures of its prominent personalities, the intellectual property stays with the promotion.

Separately, WWE wrestler Ivy Nile is facing an upcoming contract expiration this fall. Despite a recent lack of television appearances on the Raw brand, reports indicate that creative discussions have taken place regarding a potential change to her character presentation.
