Tyler Duckworth memorial held following death at age 44

A memorial service was held on August 22 at the Augustana Lutheran Church in Grand Forks, North Dakota, to honor Tyler Duckworth, a former MTV reality star from ‘The Challenge’. The service was attended by fellow cast member Johnny ‘Bananas’ Devenanzio.

Duckworth, 44, was found unresponsive in his North Dakota apartment on August 11. According to the Grand Forks Police Department, neighbors alerted authorities after water began leaking through their ceiling, caused by an overflowing bathtub in Duckworth’s unit.

While his mother, Joni, confirmed his passing, the exact cause of death remains undetermined. The North Dakota State Forensic Examiner’s Office stated that a full investigation and autopsy results are expected to take at least 90 days to complete.
