Tyler Perry buys $30 million mansion in Puerto Rico

Tyler Perry has purchased a $30 million luxury mansion in Puerto Rico. The 57-year-old creator and producer completed the acquisition of the property, which was built in 2021 and features five bedrooms, ten bathrooms, a private cinema, a pool, and a gym.

The move follows Perry's recent announcement that he intends to relocate to the island by early 2027 to spend more time with his 11-year-old son, Aman. Despite the relocation, Perry plans to maintain his professional activities by establishing a production office and filming on the island.

In conjunction with this move, Perry has listed his Beverly Hills estate for sale at $57 million. That property spans approximately 2,284 square meters and includes nine bedrooms and 15 bathrooms.
