Tyler Perry lists $57M Beverly Hills estate amid Puerto Rico move

Media mogul Tyler Perry has listed his Beverly Hills estate for $57 million as he prepares to relocate to Puerto Rico. The 24,592-square-foot mansion, which Perry purchased in 2004 for $4.3 million, features nine bedrooms, 15 bathrooms, a home theater, a gym, a music hall, and a wine cellar.

The property gained significant attention in 2020 when it served as a temporary residence for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. Perry, who described himself as a workaholic, stated during an appearance on ‘Today With Jenna & Sheinelle’ that he intends to ‘slow down’ and move to the U.S. Caribbean commonwealth to spend more time with his son.

This sale is part of a broader reshuffling of Perry’s real estate holdings; he recently listed a Wyoming retreat for $39.5 million and also owns property in the Bahamas and Georgia.
