Tyler Perry lists $57M Beverly Hills mansion ahead of Puerto Rico move

Filmmaker Tyler Perry has listed his Beverly Hills estate for $57 million. The Mediterranean-style mansion spans approximately 24,592 square feet on 22.5 gated acres in the Beverly Ridge Estates community. The property features multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, a 24-seat theater, a gym, and expansive entertainment spaces. It previously served as a temporary residence for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

This listing follows Perry’s decision to put his Jackson Hole, Wyoming, retreat on the market earlier this year for $39.5 million, bringing the total value of his current real estate listings to $96.5 million.

The sales come as Perry prepares to relocate to Puerto Rico with his son, Aman, in early 2027. Perry stated that the move is intended to allow him to slow down his professional workload and spend more time with his family.
