Tyler Perry's 'Beauty in Black' Renewed for Fourth Season on Netflix
Netflix announced that the drama series "Beauty in Black," created by Tyler Perry, will return for a fourth season, overturning a previous statement that the third season would serve as the series finale. Perry told reporters that the Bellarie family's saga is "far from finished" and thanked viewers for their support.
The series premiered in 2024 and has so far released two seasons, each divided into two eight‑episode batches. Season three centers on Kimmie securing a seat at the Bellarie table and a deadly family feud that forces an uneasy alliance with Mallory. The show stars Taylor Polidore Williams, Crystle Stewart, Amber Reign Smith, Xavier Smalls, Ricco Ross, Julian Horton, Steven G. Norfleet, Richard Lawson, Terrell Carter, Bryan Tanaka, Charles Malik Whitfield and Debbi Morgan, among others. No release date for season four has been set.
