Tyler Reddick aims to regain momentum at Atlanta NASCAR race

Tyler Reddick, the Daytona 500 winner and early leader of the NASCAR Cup Series points standings, is targeting a strong performance at the upcoming Quaker State 400 at EchoPark Speedway in Atlanta. After a strong start that gave him a dominant points lead, Reddick has fallen 44 points behind teammate‑owner Denny Hamlin with seven races left in the regular season. Reddick said he remains “extremely confident” that the high‑banked drafting track will suit his 23XI Racing Toyota and help him close the gap.

Hamlin, who co‑owns 23XI Racing, entered the Atlanta event atop the standings, while Reddick hopes his success on drafting tracks — including wins at Daytona and the February Atlanta race — can translate into a points surge. The race, one of three drafting venues on the schedule, is expected to be a pivotal showdown in the battle for the 16 drivers who will advance to the playoffs.
