Tymbark local government issues ultimatum to fence vandal

The Tymbark municipal government has issued an ultimatum to an individual responsible for vandalizing a fence located between a municipal kindergarten and Zofia Turka Park. The incident occurred on Friday, October 16, at 7:29 PM.

Authorities stated they possess surveillance footage that captured both the act of vandalism and the perpetrator's image. The municipality has offered the individual an opportunity to resolve the matter amicably by reporting to the Municipal Office by Friday, October 30, at 3:00 PM to repair the damages. If the individual fails to come forward by the deadline, the case will be referred to the police.

The local government emphasized that such acts of vandalism place the burden of repair costs on the entire local community and urged residents to respect public property.
