The filings follow reports that Hill’s attorney contacted Espinal shortly before her scheduled testimony. Additionally, court documents indicate Hill traveled to Arkansas to visit Espinal and their three children, marking his first visit in two years.

Vaccaro has accused Hill of multiple instances of domestic violence during their marriage, claims which Hill’s legal team has denied, characterizing them as false and financially motivated.
