Tyreek Hill divorce trial begins with domestic violence allegations

The civil divorce trial of former NFL wide receiver Tyreek Hill and his estranged wife, Keeta Vaccaro, began in Miami, focusing on allegations of domestic violence. Vaccaro testified regarding a pattern of abusive behavior during their marriage, which began in November 2023.

During her testimony, Vaccaro described several specific incidents, including an allegation that Hill attempted to punch her in the stomach while she was pregnant in July 2024. She also testified that Hill had physically wrestled her for jewelry, tackled her onto a bed, and destroyed her property, including an iMac.

Hill’s legal team has denied all allegations, describing the claims as “false, spurious” and noting that law enforcement officers responded to previous disputes without making any arrests. The civil proceedings seek punitive and compensatory damages for the alleged abuse. The NFL has also announced an investigation into the allegations.
