Tyreek Hill relists Florida mansion amid NFL injury recovery

Free agent wide receiver Tyreek Hill has relisted his $7.7 million mansion in Southwest Ranches, Florida. The 9,326-square-foot European-style home, which features a home gym, theater, and basketball court, is currently priced $800,000 higher than Hill’s original 2022 purchase price of $6.9 million.

Alongside real estate developments, Hill provided an update on his physical recovery from a torn ACL suffered in September 2025. Posting on social media, the 32-year-old stated, “It’s almost time to get off the couch and get to work,” suggesting he is nearing a return to professional football.

As an unsigned free agent, Hill’s potential landing spots include the Kansas City Chiefs, Houston Texans, and Baltimore Ravens. A return to the Chiefs would reunite him with Patrick Mahomes, while the Texans are noted as needing playmakers due to various injuries within their receiving corps.
