Tyrese Haliburton reveals preference for second-hand shopping

Indiana Pacers point guard Tyrese Haliburton has revealed his preference for second-hand shopping despite his $244 million contract extension. During an appearance on the ‘Boardroom’ podcast, the NBA star explained that he frequently uses platforms such as eBay, Facebook Marketplace, and Grailed to purchase clothing and other items.

Haliburton noted that he often targets items worn by other celebrities that have already had their viral moment, allowing him to purchase them at a discount. He described his approach as a way to avoid being ‘financially irresponsible,’ stating that he often offers significantly lower prices on resale platforms to secure deals.

In addition to his thrifty clothing habits, Haliburton expressed skepticism regarding the routine use of private jets. He mentioned that while he earns approximately $48 million per season, he finds the cost disparity of private travel to be excessive and prefers to fly commercial for the time being.
