Tyson Fury claims Anthony Joshua seeks final payday before December fight

Tyson Fury has accused Anthony Joshua of accepting their upcoming heavyweight championship bout primarily for a final payday. Speaking from his training camp, Fury claimed that Joshua had rejected several previous opportunities to face him before finally agreeing to the match.

The two former heavyweight world champions are scheduled to fight on December 11 at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff. Fury, 38, described the matchup as an end of an era between two legendary fighters in the later stages of their careers.

Despite the significance of the bout, Fury stated he has no immediate plans to retire. He noted that he has two fights remaining on his current contract and expressed openness to signing a new ten-fight deal if the financial terms are favorable.
