The patient detailed a critical period following a major surgical procedure, during which their condition rapidly deteriorated upon transfer to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).

In the letter, the patient described a moment of absolute trust, noting that while they could not remember specific individual actions, they felt the constant presence of the staff during their most vulnerable moments. The patient recalled regaining consciousness to see the faces of the healthcare professionals who had cared for them, describing the experience as one of human warmth and dedication.
