Tzirakian Pipe Industry reaches €6.5 million debt deal with National Bank of Greece

Tzirakian Pipe Industry has reached an agreement with the National Bank of Greece to restructure its debt obligations, totaling approximately €6.5 million. The deal follows months of negotiations and establishes a four-year repayment program.

The agreement is retroactive to January 1, 2026, and is scheduled to run through December 31, 2029. It includes provisions for gradual repayment, more favorable pricing terms, and balloon payments at the end of the program.

This arrangement marks a critical stage in the steel company’s broader financial restructuring. Combined with previous agreements made with Piraeus Bank and doValue involving approximately €5 million, the company aims to improve its liquidity, financial flexibility, and long-term stability to support its industrial operations.
