Tzomet Games completes first year of Jewish community simulations

Tzomet Games, an initiative launched by entrepreneur Phil Siegel, has completed one year of facilitating long-term strategic simulations for Jewish professionals globally. The game utilizes scenarios written by author Dara Horn to project various possibilities for American Jewish life in the year 2050.

Unlike traditional short-term strategic planning, the simulation encourages participants to construct 25-year timelines to reach specific long-term goals. Consultant Barak Sella noted that the purpose of the game is to foster a long-term perspective that standard three-year work plans often fail to address.
