U2 to headline NFL Thanksgiving Eve halftime show

U2 NFL Netflix Thanksgiving Eve game SoFi Stadium

Netflix has announced that the Irish rock band U2 will headline the halftime show for the NFL’s inaugural Thanksgiving Eve game. The performance is scheduled for November 25, 2026, at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California, during the matchup between the Green Bay Packers and the Los Angeles Rams.

The event marks a significant milestone for the band, coinciding with their 50th anniversary since forming in Dublin in 1976. It also serves as a return to the NFL stage for the group, who performed a highly memorable halftime show during Super Bowl XXXVI in 2002.

The game will be streamed exclusively on Netflix, continuing the platform's recent trend of hosting marquee musical acts during live sports broadcasts, following previous appearances by Beyoncé and Snoop Dogg. The halftime production will be managed by Jesse Collins Entertainment.
