U21 national teams prepare for European Championship qualifiers

The Faroe Islands Football Association (FSF) has appointed Rasmus Nolsøe as the new assistant coach for the U21 national team. Nolsøe succeeds Poul N. Poulsen and joins head coach Ólavur Mikkelsen to prepare for the final three matches of the European Championship qualifying campaign. The team's upcoming schedule includes matches against Estonia, Luxembourg, and Iceland.

In Iceland, U21 player Freyr Sigurðsson is preparing for critical qualifying fixtures. The Icelandic squad faces a challenging schedule, including a match against France followed by games against Switzerland and the Faroe Islands. Sigurðsson, a midfielder for Fram, emphasized the importance of the upcoming match against Switzerland as a decisive factor for their chances of qualifying for next year's European Championship.
