UAB Blazers and Arkansas State Red Wolves Reveal 2026‑27 Conference Basketball Schedules

The University of Alabama at Birmingham announced its 2026‑27 American Conference men's basketball schedule. The Blazers will host North Texas, Tulane and UTSA, travel to Wichita State, South Florida and Rice, and face six other conference foes twice each. Conference play begins on Dec. 30, 2026 and runs through March 7, 2027. Coach Andy Kennedy, who has led the program since 2020, highlighted the team’s recent road success and past conference titles.

Arkansas State University released its Sun Belt Conference 18‑game league slate for the 2026‑27 season. The Red Wolves open at home against South Alabama on Dec. 16 and Georgia Southern on Dec. 19, then travel to James Madison, Marshall, and a series of other Sun Belt opponents through Feb. 26. The schedule features nine home and nine away contests, with the Sun Belt Tournament slated for early March in Pensacola, Fla.
