UADER Faculty facilitates university entry for Colegio del Uruguay graduates

The Faculty of Science and Technology at the Universidad Autónoma de Entre Ríos (UADER) has approved new guidelines to facilitate university admission for graduates of the Colegio Superior del Uruguay ‘Justo José de Urquiza’ in Concepción del Uruguay.

Under Resolution No. 359, students graduating from various orientations at the high school can have general university entrance modules recognized, allowing for a smoother transition into higher education. This initiative is part of the ‘Puentes académicos y trayectorias flexibles’ project within the ‘Más Futuro’ institutional management plan.

Dean Juan Pablo Filipuzzi stated the measure aims to strengthen the high school as a pre-university institution and view the transition from secondary to university education as a continuous, articulated trajectory rather than a rupture. The school's rector, Valeria Mercado, also noted that the agreement reinforces the institution's pre-university character.
