These links often feature exaggerated or illogical discounts on school supplies to entice consumers into clicking and subsequently compromising their personal data and financial accounts. Experts advise shoppers to verify link addresses and avoid sharing sensitive information through unverified platforms.

Simultaneously, the Dubai Consumer Protection and Fair Trade Establishment has activated inspection campaigns to ensure retailers comply with discount regulations. Officials emphasize that all advertised discounts must be supported by necessary permits, and stores are required to clearly display original prices alongside discounted prices and the percentage of reduction. Consumers are urged to verify the registration and licenses of e-commerce websites before making purchases and to carefully review return policies and product dimensions.
