UAE emerges as leading host of global equestrian endurance championships

He highlighted that equestrian disciplines are deeply rooted in the UAE’s cultural heritage and reflect the leadership’s long‑term vision to use sport as a driver of social progress.

Abu Dhabi has secured the bid to host the 2026 FEI Endurance World Championship at the Butheeb International Endurance Village. Officials cited the confidence of the international community, the emirate’s advanced infrastructure and organisational expertise, and the country’s record of podium finishes as evidence of the UAE’s position as a global hub for endurance riding.
