UAE officials engage in diplomatic visits to India and Jordan

Sheikh Theyab bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of the UAE’s Presidential Court, arrived in New Delhi to reinforce high-level exchanges between the UAE and India. This visit follows a recent trip by UAE Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, who met with India’s External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar in Mumbai to review bilateral ties across trade, energy, technology, and defense.

Separately, UAE Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan spoke with Jordanian Deputy Prime Minister Ayman Safadi to express support for Jordan’s security response following a deadly shooting at Hamoud Church. The attack, which occurred during a funeral, resulted in seven deaths and 34 injuries. The UAE denounced the incident and backed Jordan’s efforts to maintain national stability.
