UAE PASS digital signing credentials require renewal

Users of the UAE PASS app may receive notifications regarding the upcoming expiration of their signing credentials. These credentials, which enable the digital signing of official documents, expire every three years and are distinct from the UAE PASS PIN used for app login.

To renew signing credentials, users can choose between face verification via their smartphone or visiting a physical UAE PASS kiosk. For facial recognition, users are advised to avoid wearing sunglasses or masks and to follow on-screen instructions to ensure successful verification.
