UAE President's super yacht Tattoosh spotted near Chania

The 92-meter super yacht ‘Tattoosh’, owned by United Arab Emirates President Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, was spotted in the waters off Chania, Crete, near Gramvousa and Balos. The vessel’s journey included stops in Bar شکo, Montenegro, and Spetses, Greece.

Originally built by Nobiskrug in Germany for mobile telephony tycoon Craig McCaw, the yacht was purchased in 2001 by Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen for an estimated $100 million. Following Allen’s death in 2018, ownership transferred to the UAE President.

The luxury vessel features 11 cabins capable of hosting 12 guests, supported by a crew of 31. Amenities include a 180-degree observation lounge, a private kitchen, a fully equipped gym, and a dining area for up to 14 people. It is reportedly available for charter at a rate of €950,000 per week.
