UAE to host major HR technology and workforce conferences

Major human resources and technology conferences are scheduled to take place in the United Arab Emirates to address the future of work and workforce transformation.

In November 2027, HR Tech will make its regional debut in Abu Dhabi. Organized in collaboration with the Department of Government Enablement – Abu Dhabi (DGE) and ADNEC Group, the event aims to bring together senior HR, business, and technology leaders to discuss talent ecosystem development and the application of artificial intelligence in the workforce.

Additionally, the SHRM MENA Annual Conference & Expo 2026 is set for December 2026 at Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai. Held under the patronage of the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR), the conference will focus on human capital development and navigating the impact of AI, emerging workforce models, and changing leadership expectations through government and private sector collaboration.
