UAP whistleblowers urge Trump to lift NDAs for public disclosure

Three American whistleblowers—David Grusch, Dylan Borland, and Matthew Brown—have formed a coalition to request that President Donald Trump release them from non-disclosure agreements (NDAs). The group claims these legal obligations prevent them from publicly sharing information they obtained through their work within the U.S. intelligence and defense sectors regarding unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP) and potential non-human intelligence.

David Grusch, a former intelligence official who testified before Congress in 2023, has previously alleged the existence of secret programs involving the recovery of non-human biological material and craft. Dylan Borland, a veteran and former geospatial intelligence specialist, has also provided testimony regarding anomalous objects. Matthew Brown, a former defense industry contractor, has identified a purported secret program called ‘Immaculate Constellation’ which he claims collects UAP data across the government apparatus.

The whistleblowers are seeking official presidential authorization to bypass classification rules and speak openly. While the group asserts they possess evidence of non-human technology, the Pentagon has stated it has found no verifiable evidence that the U.S. government or private entities possess extraterrestrial technology or are conducting reverse-engineering programs.
